What Is Bullying?
Bullying is when someone:
• Makes fun of others
• Tries to scare someone
• Leaves someone out on purpose
• Tries to feel powerful by making others feel small
Bullying hurts — even when no one sees it.
What You Can Do
You don’t need to be the biggest or loudest person to make a difference.
You can:
• Be kind
• Include others
• Speak up for someone who’s alone
• Ask an adult for help
Every kind choice makes the world a little calmer.
